1. Using CurveLens
CurveLens provides photo capture, composition guides and local photo color organization on your compatible devices. Guides and examples are creative references and do not guarantee composition, color or image results in every scene.
2. License and Acceptable Use
You may use CurveLens on compatible devices subject to the applicable license. Do not use it to infringe privacy, portrait, copyright or other lawful rights, or copy, distribute, modify or reverse engineer the app where prohibited by applicable law. Exceptions permitted by law are not restricted by this provision.
3. Use by Minors
Minors should use the app with appropriate guardian guidance, especially when photographing or sharing images of others or making purchases. This does not replace the App Store age rating based on actual content, or exclude applicable child-privacy and consumer protections.
4. Your Photos and Content
You retain the rights you lawfully hold in your own photographs. Using the app does not transfer ownership of your photos to the developer. Obtain necessary permission when photographing, using or sharing other people, works or private places, and respect privacy and other rights. Rights in the app icon, interface and teaching materials remain with their respective owners.
5. Saving and Deleting
Confirm that important captures have been saved and maintain any backups you need. Permissions, available storage, device conditions and system photo services can affect saving and synchronization. Deleting a linked photo can also delete the system original; check the confirmation before proceeding. Unlinked older archive entries can only be removed from the app.
6. Pricing and Purchases
This version has no in-app purchases or auto-renewing subscriptions. The download price is shown in the App Store. Any App Store purchase and refund is handled by Apple under applicable rules. If paid features or subscriptions are introduced later, their price, duration and conditions will be disclosed before purchase.
7. Updates and Changes to These Terms
We may fix issues, adjust features or update system support. Keep backups of important photos before updating. Changes to these terms will be reflected in this page and its date. Material changes to user rights or data handling will be notified or consent obtained as applicable requirements dictate.
8. Features, License and Your Rights
Available lenses, zoom, focus and manual white balance vary by device. The app offers or limits controls according to hardware capabilities. Updates may adjust features or fix issues. Nothing in these terms excludes consumer rights granted by applicable law.
For apps obtained through the App Store, Apple’s Standard End User License Agreement applies unless a custom license agreement is provided. See this app’s Privacy Policy for privacy matters.
9. Contact
For privacy questions, requests to delete information you have voluntarily provided, or app feedback, contact the developer using the email below.
The app does not send emails automatically. Only when you choose to contact the developer will the developer receive your email address, message and attachments to handle your request. Do not send unnecessary personal information or photos. Email is also subject to the rules of your chosen email service.
Email information needed to handle your request is retained for the necessary period. You can use this email address to request deletion of information you voluntarily provided, except records that must be retained by law.
